When I became a part of ALL-PRO BAIL BONDS in June of 2006, I set out to differentiate the company based on a willingness to help ALL clients afford bail. As the former President and COO of Aladdin Bail Bonds, I observed, first hand, the rising costs of bail throughout the state in the last ten years. Each year the bail schedules increase and more and more people find themselves stuck in jail because they don't believe they can afford bail. In reality, many of these higher bail amounts have little to do with the risk associated with a defendant's failure to appear or their threat to public safety. These 'schedules' are arbitrarily set annually on a county-by-county basis and sometimes an individual's bail amount comes down to WHERE they were arrested. In my opinion, if a client can show me that they can and will appear as required by the court, then ALL-PRO BAIL BONDS is willing to help them find a way to afford bail.

Another trend I observed in the marketplace over the last decade was a de-emphasis on offering lower rates to Union Members, Veterans, Active Duty Military and Clients With Retained Private Defense Counsel. Although these rates had been in effect since the late 1990's, many agencies failed to mention them in their advertising or offer them to the client during the bail transaction. I found this practice to be misleading and unethical and decided that we would ALWAYS pass those savings on to the client who qualifies.
