The Mendocino County Superior Court is a court of general jurisdiction that hears all types of civil, criminal, and family law cases. The court also has jurisdiction over juvenile proceedings, mental health proceedings, and probate matters. Small claims and limited civil cases are also heard in the Mendocino County Superior Court.
The Mendocino County Superior Court is divided into three branches: the Fort Bragg Branch, the Ukiah Branch, and the Willits Branch.
