The Fresno Superior Courthouse is one of six courthouses in Fresno County. The superior court has jurisdiction over civil, criminal, and family law cases. It also has appellate jurisdiction over decisions from the Fresno County Municipal and Justice Courts.
The courthouse contains twenty courtrooms, each of which is equipped with a computerized information system that allows lawyers and litigants to view court files, docket entries, and other case-related information.
